Cooper & Wilcock Ltd was formed in December 2007, as a Canadian company, practicing vertical transportation consulting internationally. Local offices, Cooper & Wilcock FZ LLC, in Dubai and Cooper & Wilcock Qatar, in Doha have been established and it is here that the company will be concentrating its activities.
